Fernando and Yeitson hold the two highest PADI teaching ratings on the team, which is what lets a 5 Star Instructor Development Center take a diver from a first breath in the training pool to the professional ranks, on site. Adrian teaches and guides in the water. Kemely runs the shop and the gear. It's a small team on purpose: the instructor who certifies you is the same person you'll see on the dock the next morning.
